Our Process

We help couples who value design and individuality achieve wedding florals that feel personal and refined through a thoughtful, collaborative design process, so their celebration feels grounded and authentic.

Our design process begins by considering the atmosphere you want your day to hold, alongside the natural character of your setting. We listen closely—asking thoughtful questions and honoring nuance—so the florals feel reflective of you, the landscape, and the season in which you’re celebrating.

​

As ideas take shape, we use visual references and digital mockups to help translate intention into form. In the months leading up to your event, we stay in touch through email and video calls, continuing to refine the details with care and clarity.

Vessels are selected with the same attention as the flowers themselves. We handpick vaseware that supports the overall mood and design, understanding that these elements play a quiet but essential role in shaping the experience.

As your date approaches, we guide the final stages of decision-making—checking in around six weeks out to confirm designs, and again closer to the event to finalize timelines and any last refinements.

​

Our sourcing reflects our commitment to place. Whenever possible, we work with local farmer partners and draw from our own gardens, incorporating seasonal perennials and native botanicals that bring a sense of authenticity and grounding. When certain blooms aren’t available locally, we source thoughtfully, staying as close to home as the season allows.

In the final days before your wedding, our focus turns fully to preparation and execution. Flowers are harvested, conditioned, and arranged with intention—bouquets and centerpieces created just ahead of the day, and larger installations and ceremony pieces designed on site so they feel fresh, cohesive, and deeply rooted in the moment.

When it makes sense for your day, we’re happy to thoughtfully repurpose select floral arrangements between the ceremony and reception—allowing designs to carry through the celebration and ensuring you’re getting the most from each floral moment. Following the event, and in accordance with venue-specific timelines, we return to break down installations and collect any rental items and vaseware, handling these final details with the same care and attention given to the designs themselves.

Booking

1. Complimentary Consultation Call 

We start by talking through your ideas—atmosphere, inspiration, palette, and the setting of your celebration.

​2. Custom Proposal & Quote

If our design approach feels like a good fit, we prepare a custom proposal reflecting the scope, season, and intention of the florals we’ve discussed. The proposal can be adjusted as needed to ensure it truly reflects your vision.

​3. Book

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive a contract for review and signature. A 25% retainer secures your date on our calendar.​

​

4. Refine & Design

 From booking through your wedding day, we continue the conversation—thoughtfully refining your designs so the final florals feel cohesive, personal, and quietly unforgettable.
